探讨乳腺癌手术切除组织SATB2蛋白表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测乳腺癌手术切除组织核基质结合蛋白质2(special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 2,SATB2)蛋白表达情况并分析其临床意义。方法回顾性分析2018年5月-2019年5月在院经手术治疗的69例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,使用免疫组化方式检测乳腺癌组织、癌旁正常组织中SATB2蛋白表达情况,并分析乳腺癌组织不同病理特征中SATB2蛋白表达情况。结果SATB2蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);SATB2蛋白在临床分期III^IV期、肿瘤直径≥5 cm、有腋窝淋巴结转移组织中的阳性表达率高于临床分期I^II期、肿瘤直径<5 cm、无腋窝淋巴结转移组织,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SATB2蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达,且与临床分期、肿瘤直径以及腋窝淋巴结转移相关,可为临床诊疗提供参考。Objective To detect the expression of special AT-rich sequencebinding protein 2(SATB2)protein in breast cancer and analyze its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 69 patients with breast cancer treated surgically from May 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of SATB2 protein in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of SATB2 protein in different pathological features of breast cancer tissues was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of SATB2 protein in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of SATB2 protein in clinical stage III^IV,tumor diameter≥5 cm,and axillary lymph node metastasis were higher than those in clinical stage I^II,tumor diameter<5 cm,and no axillary lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SATB2 protein is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and is associated with clinical stage,tumor diameter and axillary lymph node metastasis,which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
