摘　　要：目的:探讨Brilliance256层iCT3D-CTA在诊断颅内动脉瘤及其风险评估方面的临床价值。方法:研究自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者46例组成的病例组和对照组50例。3D-CTA及3D-DSA检查,病例组46例在2h至2周进行,对照组50例随机进行,计算3D-CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果:Brilliance256层iCT3D-CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的敏感度为97.96%,特异度为99.78%;阳性预测值为94.12%;阴性预测值为99.93%。结论:Brilliance 256层i CT 3D-CTA对颅内动脉瘤有着极好的显示效果,对载瘤动脉的定位有重要的临床价值,作为一种安全、经济、简便、无创的检查方法,完全可以取代3D-DSA,作为颅内动脉瘤的诊断及术前评估。Objective To explore the clinical value of Brilliance 256-slice iCT 3 D-CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and risk assessment Methods To study 46 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage and 50 cases of control group.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3 D-CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were calculated.Results The sensitivity and specificity of Brilliance 256-slice iCT 3 D-CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were 97.96%,99.78%,94.12%and 99.93%,respectively.Conclusion Brilliance 256-slice iCT 3 D-CTA has excellent display effect on intracranial aneurysms,and has important clinical value in locating the parent artery.As a safe,economical,simple and non-invasive method,it can completely replace 3 D-DSA for the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of intracranial aneurysms.
