弾拨手法结合中药塌渍治疗股外侧皮神经卡压综合征84例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察弾拨手法结合中药塌渍治疗股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取诊断为皮神经卡压综合征的患者84例,所有患者均采用弾拨手法结合中药塌渍治疗,分别在治疗前、治疗1个疗程后、疗程结束1个月、疗程结束3个月时进行疼痛VAS评分、麻木VAS评分、病变部位面积的记录;在治疗1疗程后进行临床疗效的判定。结果:治愈24例,显效30例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率94.04%;所有患者在治疗1疗程后及疗程结束后1个月、3个月时的疼痛VAS评分、麻木VAS评分及麻木面积均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗1疗程后、疗程结束1个月、疗程结束3个月与治疗前疼痛VAS评分差值进行比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1疗程后疼痛VAS评分下降最为显著。治疗1疗程后、疗程结束1个月、疗程结束3个月与治疗前麻木VAS评分、麻木面积差值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:弾拨手法结合中药塌渍治疗股外侧皮神经卡压综合征在缓解疼痛方面近期疗效显著;同时也能改善麻木的症状。Objective Observe toggle technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)collapse stains in the treatment of lateral cutaneous nerve of the viega profi-press syndrome clinical efficacy.Methods Selected 84 patients with diagnosis of cutaneous nerve of the viega profi-press syndrome,all of the patients adopt collapse stains toggle technique combined with Chinese herbal medicine to treat,respectively,in the before and after one course of treatment,end of the course of a month,three months prior to the end of the course of pain VAS score,numbness VAS score,lesion area of record;Clinical efficacy was evaluated after 1 course of treatment.Results:Clinical symptoms:24 cases were cured,30 were obviously effective,25 were effective,5 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.04%.The VAS score,numbness VAS score and numbness area of all patients were significantly improved after 1 course of treatment and 1 month and 3 months after the course of treatment(P<0.05).The difference of VAS score between 1 course of treatment,1 month after course of treatment,and 3 months after course of treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of pain decreased most significantly after 1 course of treatment.There was no difference in numbness VAS score and numbness area between 1 course of treatment,1 month after the course of treatment,and 3 months after the course of treatment and before the treatment(P>0.05).Results Toggle technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)collapse stains in the treatment of lateral cutaneous nerve of the viega profi-press syndrome in terms of pain relief in the near future curative effect is distinct;It also improves numbness.
