摘　　要：电力综合自动化是集保护、测量、控制、报警、通信、数据采集及处理、故障录波及分析、调度等功能一体电力监控系统,广泛应用于旧系统升级改造和新项目开发设计,莱钢为周边农村供电的6.0kV变电所高压系统升级改造由工业供电过渡到农网历经方案论证、设备选型、安装调试、动态分段过渡切换、应急措施等过程,全部实现智能化,对运维和二次开发等关键技术应用提出构想,为类似项目升级改造提供借鉴。Electric power integrated automation is a of protection, measurement, control, alarm, communication, data acquisition and processing, fault record analysis,an integrated scheduling functions such as electric power monitoring and control system, widely used in the old system upgrading and new project development and design, for the rural power supply in Laiwu Steel Group 6.0 kV substation high-voltage system upgrade by industrial power supply after scheme comparison of transition to the site, equipment selection,installation and debugging,dynamic segmentation transition witch emergency measures, such as process, intelligence of all, the application and key technology such as operations and secondary development idea, upgraded to provide reference for similar projects.
