白内障临床路径变异因素分析及整改措施

摘　　要：目的:分析导致年龄相关性白内障临床路径变异的因素,针对性制定整改措施,提高医疗质量。方法:回顾性调查及分析我2017年6月—2018年1月年龄相关性白内障患者552例,找出发生临床变异的病例,归纳统计变异的类型及例数,提出针对性整改措施。结果:552例患者变异总数229例,变异率41.49%;总变异次数260次,变异退出53例。结论:年龄相关性白内障患者临床路径变异率较高,导致变异的主要因素是疾病因素,及时有效的分析并制定整改措施,有利于减少临床路径的变异,提高临床工作效率。Objective To improve the level of medical quality by analyzing the variations in clinical pathway of agerelated Cataract and formulating corrective measures.Methods Make a retrospective investigation and analysis of 552cases of patients with age-related cataract between June 2017 and January 2018,identify cases of clinical variation,make a statistical inference abouttypes and numbers of the variation,propose targeted rectification measures.Results Variation in the number of cases of clinical pathways for the 552 cases,the variation rate of 41.49%,total variation is 260 times,53 cases are drawn.Conclusions The incidence of clinical pathways ishigh in patients with age-related cataract,the main cause of variation is disease,analyzing and formulating corrective actionstimely and effectivelyis beneficial to reduce the variation rate of clinical pathway and improve the clinical efficiency.
