丹参注射液联合生长抑素治疗对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清内脂素和Ghrelin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参注射液联合生长抑素治疗对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清内脂素(visfatin)和Ghrelin水平的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年2月大连大学附属中山医院收治的86例重症急性胰腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用静脉滴注生长抑素治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液。比较两组临床疗效、重症缓解时间、治愈时间、死亡率、不良反应发生率及血清visfatin和Ghrelin水平。结果:研究组重症缓解时间和治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(93.0%)明显高于对照组(76.7%)(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,研究组血清visfatin和Ghrelin水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率和死亡率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床效果显著,能够降低患者血清visfatin和Ghrelin的水平。Objective: To observe the effect of Danshen injection combined with somatostatin on serum visfatin and Ghrelin levels in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received intravenous infusion of somatostatin,and those in the study group were treated as the control group with addition of salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The clinical efficacy,remission time,cure time,mortality,incidence of adverse reactions,and serum levels of visfatin and Ghrelin were compared between the two groups. Results: The remission time and cure time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the study group(93. 0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76. 7%)(P<0. 05). After 7 days of treatment,the serum visfatin and Ghrelin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions and mortality were similar in the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with somatostatin was notably effective in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis,and it could reduce the serum visfatin and Ghrelin levels.
