摘　　要：植物功效原料作用丰富、成分复杂,具有广阔的市场应用前景,但天然植物原料中有效成分含量低、结构复杂,甚至会有一些毒副作用,严重影响了植物资源在化妆品原料开发中的应用,利用现代发酵工程技术可以富集植物资源中活性成分含量,增强功效,降低毒副作用,可有效提高化妆品植物功效原料的有效性与安全性。Plant efficacy raw materials are rich in function and complex in composition,and have broad market application prospects,but the content of effective components in natural plant raw materials is low,the structure is complex,and even have some toxic and side effects.It has seriously affected the application of plant resources in the development of cosmetic raw materials.Modern fermentation engineering technology can enrich the content of active components in plant resources,enhance their efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects.It can effectively improve the effectiveness and safety of cosmetic plant efficacy raw materials.
