丹田降脂丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹田降脂丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2018年4月在门诊接受治疗的80例非酒精性脂肪肝患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组40例患者采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,观察组40例患者采用丹田降脂丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后肝功能、血脂水平以及肝纤维化指标。结果观察组患者治疗后肝功能AST、GGT、ALT水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血脂TC、LDL-C、TG水平显著低于对照组,而HDL-C水平则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后肝纤维化指标Ⅳ-C、LN、HA、PCⅢ水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹田降脂丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者肝功能,平衡血脂水平,降低肝纤维化指标。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Dantian Jiangzhi Pill combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NFLD).Methods Eighty patients with NFLD receiving the treatment in the outpatient department of this hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty cases in the control group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule;forty cases in the observation group were treated with Dantian Jiangzhi Pills combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.The liver function,blood lipids levels and liver fibrosis indexes were compared between before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The AST,GGT and ALT levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TC,LDL-C and TG levels after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the HDL-C level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The liver fibrosis indexesⅣ-C,LN,HA PCⅢafter treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dantian Jiangzhi Pill combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of NFLD,can effectively improve the liver function,equilibrate blood lipids level and reduce liver fibrosis indexes.
