摘 要:在高温高压深井试油与完井中,封隔器定位性能主要取决于主要部件卡瓦,卡瓦咬入套管深度不足常常会引发封隔器定位失败。以完井封隔器RTTS为例,对高温高压深井复杂工况下,封隔器在井下试油与完井作业中卡瓦与套管间的作用进行分析,建立卡瓦与套管的力学模型,并对卡瓦与套管间的相互作用进行有限元分析。通过能量守恒定律建立卡瓦牙剪切应力公式和挤压应力公式,推导出试油与完井封隔器卡瓦咬入套管深度公式,分析影响试油与完井封隔器的定位性能参数。During testing and completion process of the HTHP deep well,slip which is the main positioning component should cut into casing for a certain depth to ensure the positioning performance of the packer;and the inadequate groove depth of slips often results in the packer positioning failure.In this paper,under the complex circumstances of HTHP well testing and completion,the mechanical model of the slip and the casing is established on the basis of analysis of the interaction between the packer sips and casing,and the interaction between the slip and the casing is analyzed by the finite element method.Based on the law of energy conservation,the formula of shear stress and the formula of the extrusion stress are established;the depth formula of the slip of the testing and completion is derived;and the positioning performance parameters of the testing and completion packer are analyzed.
