摘 要:基于动力学仿真软件ADAMS和有限元软件ANSYS,建立了井塔结构与提升系统的动力耦合模型。对煤矿提升系统的一个运行周期(加速、匀速、减速)进行了动态仿真,分析了提升设备的运行对井塔结构动力响应的影响。在加速阶段,井塔结构的振动响应有增大的趋势,匀速阶段响应逐渐趋于稳定,减速阶段振动响应逐渐衰减。总体上振动幅值不大,且较为均匀。软件仿真和现场测试的结果进行对比发现,其速度时程图变化是一致的。在得到一些测试数据验证的基础上,提供的耦合振动分析方法对于评价提升系统和井塔结构的振动水平有一定的参考价值。A dynamics coupling analysis model for tower structure and hoisting system is established based on dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS and finite element analysis software ANSYS.The running process of hoisting system is simulated and the effect on dynamic response of shaft tower structure during one period(three stages of speed-up,uniform speed and slow down)is analyzed.The vibration response of the tower structure has an increasing trend in the speed-up stage,gradually approaching stable in uniform speed stage,and finally decays in slow down stage.The simulating results are compared with some testing ones.On the whole,vibration amplitude is small and uniform,which is all within the allowable range.It is found that the change of velocity histogram is consistent by comparing the results of software simulation and field test.Based on some validated testing data,the coupled vibration analysis method has certain reference value for estimating the vibration level of hoisting system and shaft tower structure.
