摘 要:目的研究以证候表型差异明显的气虚证及痰热证为切入点探讨生物学指标PARK7在缺血性中风病急性期的证候差异及其在缺血性中风病证候诊断中的作用。方法研究纳入93例正常人,33例气虚证患者,87例痰热证患者,测定其多时点PARK7血清水平。结果痰热组的PARK7的血清水平高于气虚组(P<0.01)。PARK7血清水平对脑梗死急性期痰热证具有一定的诊断价值,其AUC为0.615,特异性为98.6%,敏感性为39.5%,cut off值为:69.76ng/ml,而对气虚证基本无诊断价值(AUC:0.261)。结论该研究发现缺血性中风病急性期气虚证与痰热证之间PARK7血清水平存在明显差异,PARK7血清水平对急性期痰热证有一定诊断价值,提示PARK7可能作为缺血性中风急性期证候诊断潜在指标。Objective To explore the difference of PARK7 levels in different TCM syndromes from the perspective of phlegm-heat syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome in acute stage of ischemic stroke,and evaluate its biomarker diagnostic value.Method 93 healthy human serum samples,33 cases qi deficiency syndrome and 87 cases of phlegm-heat syndrome in acute phase of ischemic stroke were recruited.The patients′serum samples of multiple time were collected and measured.Results The serum levels of PARK7 in phlegm-heat group were higher than those in qi deficiency group(P<0.01).Serum PARK7 levels exhibited certain diagnostic value in phlegm-heat syndrome with an AUC of 0.615,sensitivity of 39.5%and specificity of 98.6%.The cut-off values of serum PARK7 levels for the diagnosis of phlegm-heat syndrome were 69.76 ng/mL.Serum PARK7 levels showed no diagnostic value in qi deficiency syndrome(AUC:0.261).Conclusion There is a significant difference in the serum levels of PARK7 between the phlegm-heat group and qi deficiency in the acute phase of ischemic stroke.The serum level of PARK7 has a certain diagnostic value of phlegm-heat syndrome in the acute stage of ischemic stroke,suggesting that PARK7 may be a potential diagnostic biomarker of TCM syndrome in acute ischemic stroke.
