摘　　要：目的探讨气管、食管双支架置入治疗支气管胸膜瘘合并食管胸膜瘘的可行性和疗效。方法回顾分析2014年10月至2018年7月收治的肺癌外科切除后发生支气管胸膜瘘合并食管胸膜瘘的3例患者,总结气管、食管双支架置入治疗支气管胸膜瘘合并食管胸膜瘘的临床效果。结果气道支架及食管支架均一次性置入成功,3例患者支架置入后瘘口均获得完全封堵,随访3个月,患者感染得到控制,胸腔残腔缩小,生活质量较支架前明显提高。结论采用气管、食管双支架置入治疗支气管胸膜瘘合并食管胸膜瘘,操作简单、安全,近期效果明确。Objective To discuss the feasibility and efficacy of dual stent implantation technique simultaneously used in both airway and esophagus for the treatment of bronchopleural fistula complicated by esophagopleural fistula.Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with bronchopleural fistula complicated by esophagopleural fistula after pneumonectomy,who were admitted to authors'hospital during the period from October 2014 to July 2018 to receive treatment,were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical effect of dual stent implantation technique for bronchopleural fistula complicated by esophagopleural fistula was evaluated.Results Both the airway stent and the esophageal stent were successfully placed with single procedure.Complete occlusion of the fistulae was obtained in all the 3 patients.During the follow-up period of 3 months,the infection got controlled,the residual air space in the thoracic cavity was deflated,and the quality of life was significantly improved when compared with that before operation.Conclusion For the treatment of bronchopleural fistula complicated by esophagopleural fistula after pneumonectomy,the dual stent implantation technique is technically-simple and clinically-safe with reliable short-term effect.(J Intervent Radiol,2019,28:974-977)
