摘　　要：根据千户企业经营者参与的问卷调查显示,当前企业家精神呈现五大重要新特点:更加重视诚信、尊重他人;更有责任意识,更愿意回馈社会;更加重视创新,更追求可持续发展模式;敬业精神更加显著,热爱事业并坚韧执着;更加善于思考、终身学习,不断提升自身素质和能力。调查发现,当前企业外部环境面临深刻的变化,企业经营面临较大困难,压力持续加大,企业家期待政府保持政策的持续性和稳定性,提振企业家信心,通过营造更好的营商环境,尤其是包括产权保护在内的法治环境和社会诚信环境,促进和弘扬企业家精神。To analyze entrepreneurship characteristics and influencing factors, this study delivered a survey to Entrepreneurs and CEOs in 1562 companies from Aug. 2018 to Oct. 2018. The results shows that Entrepreneurs and CEOs present five significant new features about Contemporary Entrepreneurship: more emphasis on integrity and respect, more responsibility and willingness to give back to the society, special attention on innovation and pursuit of sustainable developmen,t persistently dedicated to business;thinking and lifelong learning, and constantly improving self quality and ability. The survey reveals that the current external environment is changing profoundly. It has brought a large sum of difficulties and pressures to companies, entrepreneurs expect the government to maintain policy continuity and stability to promote entrepreneurship by creating a better business environment, especially the rule of law environment and social integrity environment, including property rights protection. Comparing the 2008 and 2018 surveys, the impact of the rule of law environment on entrepreneurship has increased, while the impact of government policy support has declined. Specifically, the impact of government-related environments such as "open government policy and regulations" has significantly affected entrepreneurship in 2008, and this effect disappeared in 2018. At the same time, the impact of the judicial environment, property rights protection environment and intermediary service environment on entrepreneurship has been significantly enhanced. The impact of the business environment on entrepreneurship can also be ref lected in its impact on corporate innovation behavior. The survey shows that the lack of intellectual property protection is the biggest obstacle for enterprises to choose R&D innovation. 42% of enterprises with high R&D investment group believe that IP protection is the main obstacle to enterprise innovation, while in the low R&D investment group, only 23% believe so.
