血清microRNA141表达对结直肠癌早期筛查的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清microRNA141(miR-141)表达在结直肠癌早期筛查及癌症转移中的临床意义。方法采用qRT-PCR(SYBR Green)法检测1∶1匹配的46对结直肠癌患者及健康对照者血清中miR-141的表达并比较差异,同时用logistic回归模型分析miR-141表达与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌患者血清中miR-141的相对表达量(M=5.61)高于健康对照(M=2.21,Z=-2.84,P=0.005);同时,logistic回归分析结果显示,miR-141高表达与结直肠癌患者的淋巴结转移相关(OR=5.17,P=0.035)。结论血清miR-141高表达可能与结直肠癌有关,但能否作为结直肠癌早期筛查的生物学指标,需进一步扩大样本量验证。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum microRNA141(miR-141)in the early screening and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods The differences of serum miR-141expression of 46cases 1∶1matched colorectal cancer and healthy people were detected by qRT-PCR(SYBR Green)method.Meanwhile,the relationships between miR-141expression and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer cases were analyzed by logistic regression model.Results The relative expression of miR-141in the serum of colorectal cancer cases(M=5.61)was higher than that of the healthy people(M=2.21,Z=-2.84,P=0.005).And the high expression of miR-141was correlated with lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer cases(OR=5.17,P=0.035)by logistic regression analysis.Conclusion The expression of serum miR-141increased in cases with colorectal cancer may be related to lymph node metastasis.Whether serum miR-141high expression can be used as a biological indicator or not for early screening of colorectal cancer,it is necessary to be further verified by expanding the sample size.
