摘 要:首先通过理论计算获得了5A06铝合金壳体拉深成形的关键工艺参数的取值范围。在此基础上,采用控制变量法,通过有限元模拟,着重研究了拉深过程中的关键工艺参数(压边力、凹模圆角半径和凸凹模间隙)对5A06铝合金壳体拉深成形过程中的径向应力、周向应力以及壁厚的影响。通过对径向应力、周向应力以及壁厚的影响结果分析,获得了较为合适的拉深工艺参数组合。随后展开了翻边的有限元模拟,验证了5A06铝合金壳体拉深后退火再进行翻边的工艺可行性。经实验,5A06铝合金壳体拉深及翻边成功。Firstly,mathematical analysis was adopted to obtain the ranges of the significant parameters of deep-drawing of 5 A06 aluminum alloy shell. On this basis,variable-controlling approach finite element simulation was adopted to research the influences of significant parameters( blank-holder force,die radius and gaps between punch and die) on the radial stress,circumferential stress and thickness during deep-drawing process of 5 A06 aluminum alloy shell. By comparing those numerical results,the proper parameters combination was obtained. Then,the finite element simulation of flanging of 5 A06 aluminum alloy shell was carried out which verified the feasibility of the process of flanging of 5 A06 aluminum alloy shell annealed after deep drawing. Through experiments,the 5 A06 aluminum alloy shell was drawn and flanged successfully.
