新型硅胶支撑管逆行置管在泪小管吻合术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型硅胶支撑管逆行置管在下泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年3月-2018年3月收治的64例(64眼)下泪小管断裂病例,术中逆行植入新型硅胶支撑管,8-0可吸收缝线吻合泪小管断端。术后2~3个月拔管,随访6~12个月。观察泪道通畅情况及溢泪症状。结果64例下泪小管断裂病例中治愈59例(92.18%),好转3例(4.68%),无效2例(3.12%)。总有效率达96.87%。主要并发症为泪点位置异常2例、泪道阻塞2例、泪点撕裂1例(6.25%)结论新型硅胶支撑管具有操作简便、术后刺激轻、置管状态安全等特点,吻合效果显著。Objective To investigate the application effect of a new type of silicone support stent retrograde catheterization in lacrimal canaliculus fracture anastomosis.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,64 cases(64 eyes)of lacrimal canaliculus rupture in Handan Eye Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.A new type of silicone support stent was retrograde implanted during the operation,and 8-0 absorbable suture was used to anastomose the lacrimal canaliculus rupture.The catheter was extubated 2 to 3 months after operation and followed up for 6 to 12 months.The lacrimal passage patency and the symptoms of epiphora were observed.Results Among 64 cases of lacrimal canalicular rupture,59 cases(92.18%)were cured,3 cases(4.68%)were improved,and 2 cases(3.12%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.87%.The main complications were abnormal position of lacrimal point in 2 cases,obstruction of lacrimal passage in 2 cases,lacrimal tear in 1 case(6.25%).Conclusion The new silicone support stent has the characteristics of simpleoperation,light stimulation after operation and safe catheterization,and the anastomosis effect is remarkable.
