摘　　要：目的观察玻璃酸钠滴眼液对玻璃体切除硅油填充术后泪膜功能的影响.方法2017年11月至2018年10月因孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切除硅油填充术治疗的52例(52眼)作为对象进行前瞻性研究.随机分为对照组和临床试验组,每组26例.对照组以妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏和0.1%醋酸泼尼松龙滴眼液滴眼,试验组在对照组基础上增加玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼.结果试验组术后3天及7天泪膜破裂时间高于对照组(P=0.046,0.021),术后7天试验组干眼症状评分低于对照组(P=0.029).结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液可以有效缓解玻璃体切除硅油填充术患者的干眼症状,早期恢复泪膜的稳定性.Objective To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops on tear function after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.Methods A prospective study.Total of 52 eyes of 52 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment who underwent vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade from Nov.2017 to Oct.2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into clinical trial group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment and prednisolone acetate ophthalmic suspension,and the clinical trial group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of the control group.Results The tear film rupture time in clinical trial group at 3 and 7 days after operation were higher than that of the control group(P=0.046,0.021).The dry eye symptom score of the clinical trial group was lower than that of the control group at 7 days after operation(P=0.029).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops can effectively alleviate the dry eye symptoms of patients after vitrectomy,and recovery of tear film stability in early postoperative period.
