摘　　要：介绍了激光跟踪测量技术的基本原理和Faro Laser Tracker的Xi型激光跟踪仪的主要组成部件。简述了该技术测量原理的具体应用和操作步骤等,并讨论了600 MW汽轮发电机的端面测量,且对两种不同的测量技术方案进行了比较和分析。Basic principle of laser tracker measurement technology is introduced as well as the main components of the Type Xi Faro Laser Tracker.Detailed application and operational process of this measurement principle are described briefly.Measurement on the end of 600 MW turbine generator is discussed in detail while comparison and analysis between two different technical programs of measurement are performed.
