摘  要:槲皮素、商陆素和山奈素是绞股蓝中的主要黄酮类活性物质,具有重要的药理作用。采用加热回流法,以甲醇为溶剂,利用盐酸水解芦丁、商陆苷和山奈苷,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取槲皮素、商陆素和山奈素,得出最佳提取工艺:使用100%甲醇、1.5 mol/L盐酸,料液比为1︰30 (g/mL),提取1.5 h。槲皮素、商陆素和山奈素的提取量分别为14.78, 0.074和0.051 mg/g。Quercetin, ombuin and kaempferide were the main active flavonoids in Gynostemma pentaphyllum, which had many pharmacological effects. Quercetin, ombuin and kaempferide were made from rutin, ombuoside and kaempferol by the heat-reflux method with methanol as the solvent and hydrochloric acid as the hydrolytic reagent. The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The best extraction conditions were realized when the concentration of methanol was 100%, the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 2.5 mol/L, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1︰30(g/mL), and the extraction time was 2 h. Extraction amounts of quercetin, ombuin and kaempferide were 14.78, 0.074 and 0.051 mg/g, respectively.
