摘 要:目的:探讨听众对强迫症公益科普讲座的反馈结果。方法:2017年9月19日在上海市精神卫生中心康复科和强迫症诊治中心联合举办了强迫症公益科普讲座。采用自制调查表对参加强迫症公益科普讲座的受众进行问卷调查,共回收97份有效问卷。结果:53.6%的参与者是通过医院公众微信号途径获知的。参与者大多数以女性为主,26岁至65岁之间。83.5%的参与者在公益科普讲座开始前对强迫症至少有些了解;76.3%的参与者是强迫症患者或家属或相关专业人员;78.4%和45.4%的参与者分别想获取强迫症治疗方法和科学研究动态。满意度的评分为89.3(8.8)分,不同年龄段满意度的差异有统计学意义。大部分人认为讲座较有吸引力、实用,内容较好懂,仅37.2%的参与者明确表示肯定参加后续强迫症科普讲座。结论:需要充分利用新媒体途径进行科普讲座的宣传。强迫症公益科普讲座的满意度较好,能够达到健康教育的目的,仍需根据受众提高科普讲座内容的针对性以及丰富健康教育的形式,增加内容的趣味性和吸引力。Objective:To explore the audiences’feedback of the science popularization lecture on obsessive compulsive disorder.Methods:Shanghai Mental Health Center and the rehabilitation and obsessive compulsive disorder center co-hosted a science popularization lecture on obsessive compulsive disorder in September 19th,2017.A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of the participants in the lecture and a total of 97 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:53.6%of the participants were informed through the WeChat official account of the hospital.The majority of the participants were women,aged between 26 and 65.83.5%of the participants had at least some knowledge of obsessive-compulsive disorder before the science popularization lectures;76.3%were patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder or their family members or related professionals;78.4%and 45.4%of the participants wanted to obtain the information of obsessive-compulsive treatment methods and the trend of scientific research,respectively.The score of satisfaction was 89.3(8.8),and the difference of satisfaction between different age groups was statistically significant.Most participants thought that the lecture was attractive,practical and easy to understand.Only 37.2%of the participants were certain to take part in the follow-up obsessive-compulsive science popularization lecture.Conclusion:Adequate utilization of new media approaches for the promotion of science popularization lectures is needed.The satisfaction of the science popularization lecture of obsessive-compulsive disorder is good for it can achieve the purpose of health education.Nevertheless,it still needs to improve the pertinence of the content of science popularization lectures and broadens the form of health education according to the audience,enhancing the attractiveness of the content.
