摘　　要：高职院校在职业课程中全面开展工学结合教学工作,为学生的实践技能锻炼提供了更多的机会,帮助学生明确职业发展目标,优化了文秘专业的整体教学质量。但产业竞争形势的不断变化,市场人才需求标准的逐步调整,使得高校为确保学生更快地适应文秘岗位发展需求的转变,实现岗位零距离对接,应结合新时期文秘专业就业的具体形式,创新工学结合形式,为学生实践应用能力、通用技能与职业素养的有效提升奠定基础。Higher vocational colleges carry out comprehensive work-study combination teaching in vocational courses,which provides more opportunities for students'practical skills training,helps students to define career development goals,and optimizes the overall teaching quality of secretarial majors.But the changing industry competition situation,market demand for the gradual adjustment made to ensure that students in universities is faster to adapt to the development of the demand changes of secretarial position,and to achieve zero-distance docking of posts.This paper based on the specific form of secretary major employment in the new period,the innovation work-integrated learning form,for the students'practical application ability,enhance the foundation of general skills and professional quality.
