摘 要:以聚己二酰己二胺(PA66)为对象,研究了不同种类助剂及其组合对PA66相对黏度的影响。研究结果表明,单独添加光稳定剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂和阻燃剂,PA66的相对黏度都会下降,其中高分子量受阻胺光稳定剂使得PA66的相对黏度下降最多,蒙旦酯类润滑剂对PA66相对黏度的影响最小。而将光稳定剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂和阻燃剂进行复配后,能够更加显著降低PA66的相对黏度。此外,还研究了相同种类、不同类型的助剂对PA66相对黏度的影响。研究结果表明,光稳定剂体系中高分子量受阻胺类光稳定剂对PA66相对黏度的影响比苯并三唑类光稳定剂大,抗氧剂体系中铜盐类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯抗氧剂对PA66相对黏度的稀释作用比受阻酚抗氧剂大。The effects of different kinds of additives and their combinations on the relative viscosity of polyhexamethylene adipamide(PA66)were studied.The results show that the relative viscosity of PA66 decreases when light stabilizer,antioxidant,lu-bricant and flame retardant are added separately,among which,the decline of relative viscosity of PA66 is the most when adding the light stabilizer of high molecular weight hindered amine in PA66,but montan lubricants has the least effect on the relative viscosity of PA66.In particular,the relative viscosity of PA66 can be significantly reduced by the combination of photostabilizer,antioxidant,lubricant and flame retardant.In addition,the influence of the same kinds but different types of additives on the relative viscosity of PA66 was also studied.The results show that the light stabilizer of high molecular weight hindered amine has a greater influence on the relative viscosity of PA66 than the light stabilizer of benzotriazole.And the copper salt antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant have a greater dilution effect on the relative viscosity of PA66 than the hindered phenol antioxidant.
