摘　　要：研究了3种环保型促进剂ZBOP-50、TP-50、XLA-60对EPDM硫化胶气味释放以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着ZBOP-50、TP-50、XLA-60用量的增加,胶料在硫化过程中释放的气味浓度逐渐增加,其中XLA-60产生的气味具有一定的刺激性,TP-50和ZBOP-50产生的气味不具有刺激性;添加3类环保型促进剂后,硫化胶的硬度及300%定伸应力提高,拉断伸长率下降,拉伸强度提高;添加XLA-60胶料的拉断伸长率变化异于其他两种,拉断伸长率先降低后上升,整体处于较低水平。Effects of three kinds of environment-friendly accelerators(ZBOP-50,TP-50 and XLA-60)on odor release and mechanical properties of EPDM were studied.The results showed that with the increase of ZBOP-50,TP-50 and XLA-60,the odor concentration released in the vulcanization process increased gradually,and the odor produced by XLA-60 had a certain irritation,and the odor produced by TP-50 and ZBOP-50 was not irritating;After adding these three types of environment-friendly accelerators,the hardness of the vulcanized rubber and the tensile elongation at 300%increased,the elongation decreased and the strength increased.The elongation at break of the material added with XLA-60 was different from that of the other two,and the elongation at first decrease and then increase,but it was still at a low level.
