摘　　要：旅游管理专业是一个实践性很强的专业,但是在传统的人才培养模式下,存在学生专业认同度不高、培养目标不明确、理论教学与实践教学脱节、理论知识落后于实践、考核译价体系单一等问题,导致培养的旅游管理专业人才不能很好的满足企业要求。为了解决该问题,基于CBE理论,提出招录有行业潜质的考生、调整人才培养方案、整合知识体系、更新教师知识体系、创新考核评价方式等人才培养模式构建策略,以提升旅游管理专业学生的综合素质和实践能力。This paper analyzes the practical significance of the collaborative development of badminton in colleges and universities in Chang-Zhu-Tan Region,and explores its feasible path by documentary method.Such a development can alleviate the shortage of venues,insufficient funds and shortage of teachers in the development of college badminton in the area.The construction of the badminton education with resource sharing mechanism,the establishment of college badminton“development alliance”and the guidance of social forces are important ways to realize the collaborative development of college badminton in the region.
