摘　　要：在转型为应用型大学的过程中,实践教学环节尤为重要,实践教学管理的规范化,成为提高实践教学质量的关键。该文从成都师范学院的实际情况出发,结合国外先进的实践教学管理模式,研究了以学生实践能力训练为中心,从行业需求出发构建的实践教学管理模式。In the process of transforming into an applied university,practical teaching is particularly important,the standardization of practical teaching management becomes the key to improve the quality of practical teaching.Based on the actual situation of Chengdu Normal University and combined the advanced foreign practical teaching management mode,this paper studies the practical teaching management mode which is based on the students’practical ability training and the needs of the industry.
