摘 要:高等教育“放管服”改革,要持续推进“简政放权、放管结合、优化服务”在高等教育领域落地。高职院校“双师素质型”师资队伍建设,应抓住机遇,通过制定承接“放管服”改革事项系列配套制度,优化动态式和开放式的师资培养新模式和建立个性化的教师支持系统以及科学的评价体系等途径,开展高职院校人事管理的“放管服”改革。In the reform of higher education,we should continue to promote the establishment of"simplifying administration and decentralization,combining management and management,and optimizing service"in the field of higher education.In order to construct the quality-oriented teaching staff of"double teachers"in higher vocational colleges,we should seize the opportunity to carry out the reform of personnel management in higher vocational colleges by formulating a series of supporting systems for carrying out the reform of"releasing management and clothing",optimizing the new dynamic and open mode of teacher training,establishing individualized teacher support system and scientific evaluation system,so as to carry out the reform of personnel management in higher vocational colleges.
