地方传统文化资源建设调查及发展对策——基于2011—2019年全国文化共享工程地方传统文化资源建设项目的分析

摘　　要：文章以2011-2019年全国文化信息资源共享工程地方传统文化资源立项情况为调查对象,详细地调查了地方传统文化资源建设情况,并从地方传统文化资源立项总数量、项目建设地区分布、项目成果形式、项目承建单位、项目资源使用情况五个方面对近年来我国地方传统文化资源建设情况的变化进行分析。根据调查结果,从四个方面提出相应建议:建用结合,增加项目资源使用率;统筹资源,联合高校图书馆共建共享;打造品牌,制作让用户产生共鸣的内容;聚焦推广,优化资源传播的渠道。Taking the project of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project from 2011 to 2019 as the object of the survey,this paper investigates the construction of local traditional cultural resources in detail,and makes a detailed survey of the local traditional cultural resources in recent years from five aspects:the total number of local traditional cultural resources projects,the regional distribution of project construction,the form of project results,project contractors and the use of project resources.According to the survey results,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects:combining construction and utilization,increasing the utilization rate of project resources;coordinating resources,and jointly building and sharing University libraries;building brands,and making content that resonates with users;and focusing on promotion and optimizing the channels of resource dissemination.
