摘  要:蔗渣是制糖工业的主要副产物之一,通过物理或化学方法将蔗渣制备成纳米纤维素,有利于提高其附加值,增加糖厂经济效益。文章综述了纳米纤维素的制备方法,介绍了以纳米纤维素作为增强相与天然聚合物(淀粉、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠和蛋白质)、生物聚合物(聚乳酸和聚己内酯)制备可降解材料的研究进展,并将其应用于食品包装领域,为可降解材料的开发和应用提供参考。Bagasse is one of the main by-products of sugar industry. The preparation of nano cellulose from bagasse by physical or chemical methods is helpful to increase the added value and economic benefits of sugar factory. In this paper, the preparation methods of nanocellulose were reviewed. The research progress of nanocellulose as the reinforcing phase to prepare biodegradable materials with natural polymer(starch, chitosan, alginate and protein) and biopolymer(polylactic acid and polycaprolactone) was reviewed. The applications of nanocellulose-based biodegradable polymers in food packaging were introduced, which provided a reference for the wide application of biodegradable polymers.
