摘 要:选用6种大孔吸附树脂对白鲢鱼糜漂洗水中的蛋白进行吸附试验,结果显示HP-20树脂对漂洗水蛋白的吸附率最高可达94.79%。然后对HP-20树脂吸附鱼糜漂洗水的机理进行研究,结果显示HP-20树脂吸附漂洗水蛋白的过程,在动力学上符合伪一级动力学模型,在热力学上符合Freundlich模型。吸附过程中吉布斯自由能的变化证实该吸附过程在试验所选的温度下均为自发过程。Six types of macroporous adsorption resins were used to adsorb the protein in washing water of silver carp.The results showed that the adsorption ratio of HP-20 resin for protein in washing water of silver carp was 94.79%.Then the adsorption mechanism of HP-20 resin for protein in washing water was studied.The results indicated that the adsorption process was more suitable for explanation the pseudo-first-order kinetics model in kinetics and the Freundlich isotherm model in thermodynamics.The Gibbs free energy change during the adsorption process showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous at the selected temperature.
