摘  要:目的通过本市一次亚硝酸盐中毒事件的实验室检测与分析,确定中毒事件的具体原因,为今后中毒事件中检测的重点提供方法和依据。方法根据现场调查选择需要检测的化学性毒物。样品经处理后,应用气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱检测样品中的有机磷农药、氨基甲酸酯农药、毒鼠强、氟乙酰胺,保留时间及定性离子定性、峰面积定量。应用紫外可见分光光度计测定样品中的亚硝酸盐。结果4份送检样品呕吐物、剩余可乐、剩余薯条、剩余汉堡中全部检出亚硝酸盐,检出率为100%。可乐中的亚硝酸盐含量为40000.0mg/kg,呕吐物中亚硝酸盐的含量为5201.7mg/kg。结论结合现场调查与实验室仪器检测结果确认,该起中毒事件由亚硝酸盐引起,今后应该加强亚硝酸盐的管理,防止类似事件的再次发生。Objective To study the reasons of poisoning event by laboratory detection in this nitrite poisoning event so as to provide theoretical basis for the future detection of poisoning event.Methods The chemical poisons were collected according to the site investigation.The organophosphorus pesticide,carbamate pesticide,tetramine and fluoroacetamide were detected by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry after pre-treatment.Retention time and ion characterization were used for qualification,and peak area was used for quantification.The nitrite was measured by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.Results The nitrite was detected in the vomit,residual cola,remaining fried potato chips,and remaining burgers.The detection rate was 100%.The nitrite content in the cola was 40 000.0 mg/kg,and the nitrite content in the vomit was 5 201.7 mg/kg.Conclusion Combined with investigation and laboratory detection results,it was confirmed that the poisoning event was caused by nitrite.We should strengthen the management of nitrite in the future,and prevent the occurrence of poisoning event effectively.
