摘  要:注重大学生心理健康教育具有重要意义,通过提升校园生活满意度能够增加心理适应性,且重点监管人群为大一、大四学生和男生。大学生可以接受新媒体式心理健康教育形式,且心理健康教育的重点在于职业发展问题。该文主要论述分析探究了大学生心理适应性和满意度与心理健康教育的需求问题。Paying attention to the psychological health education of college students is of great significance.By improving the satisfaction of campus life,it can increase the psychological adaptability,and the key supervision groups are freshman,senior and male students.College students can accept new media type mental health education,and the focus of mental health education is on professional development.This article mainly discusses the analysis and exploration of college students'psychological adaptability and satisfaction and the needs of mental health education.
