运用GS1标准实现体外诊断试剂的二级库精细化管理

摘　　要：文章主要描述了我院运用GS1标准化体系的二维码,依靠信息化手段来实现体外诊断试剂二级库精细化管理。在实施过程中,临工部和检验科协同合作,通过改变原有的管理模式配备人员并优化业务流程,使得体外诊断试剂的管理体系变得更加顺畅和透明,每个环节工作职责明确,确保试剂进入库数量准确,保障医院的资金。This article described the application of two-dimensional code of GS1 standardization system,which could achieve fine management of the secondary Warehouse of in vitro diagnostic reagents.In the process of implementation,the department of clinical engineering cooperated with the department of lab together.We changed the traditional management module and optimized the workflow.Therefore the management of in vitro diagnostic reagents became smooth and transparent with clear responsibilities in each link and to ensure the accuracy of the secondary warehouse of in vitro diagnostic reagents and the hospital funds.
