摘　　要：目前,我校正处在转型的关键时期,德育队伍建设取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在诸多问题。本文立足于现状,借鉴高校德育队伍建设取得的成果,提出了一定的对策,旨在为我校德育队伍建设转型提供参考。At present,our college is in a critical period of transformation,and the moral education team has achieved certain achievements and work experience,but there are still many problems under the new era background.Based on the status quo,this paper draws on the achievements of the construction of moral education teams in other colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures,aiming to provide reference for the transformation of the moral education team construction in our college.
