摘 要:铸造起重机在冶金铸造领域应用广泛,是钢铁冶炼和成型过程中的重要设备。提出了一种新型大吨位铸 造起重机小车构造方案,将传统铸造起重机构造形式中的副小车替换为了副起升机构定滑轮组小车,并在钢液恒 定流量浇注的基础上,运用钢包倾倒钢液过程中的运动学与力学原理,推导出副起升机构定滑轮组小车的运行速 度变化规律,为铸造起重机智能化控制提供基础。新型铸造起重机小车构造方案与现有的四梁主副分体双小车方 案相比具有结构简单、整机尺寸小、经济性好等优点,具有较高的工程应用价值。Being widely used in metallurgical casting, the casting crane is an important equipment in iron and steel smelting and molding process. The paper proposes a new type of large-tonnage casting crane trolley construction scheme in which the auxiliary trolley in the traditional casting crane construction form is replaced by the fixed pulley block trolley of auxiliary lifting mechanism. Based on the constant flow pouring of molten steel, the movement speed variation law of the auxiliary lifting mechanism fixed pulley block trolley is deduced by using the kinematics and mechanics principles when pouring molten steel into the ladle, which provides a basis for intelligent control of the casting crane. Compared with the existing four-beam main and auxiliary split double trolley scheme, the new casting crane trolley construction scheme has the advantages of simple structure, small overall size, good economy and the like, and possesses a higher engineering application value.
