摘  要:为提高漆膜的外观、性能、施工性和环保性,将1K清漆喷涂系统升级为2K清漆喷涂系统。介绍了这2种喷涂系统的差异,不同双组分混合设计方案。探讨了雾化器内部混合系统的控制及其使用注意事项。总结了2K清漆升级改造过程中遇到的问题及其解决方案。The original 1K varnish spraying system was upgraded for the application of 2K varnish to improve the appearance,performance,sprayability,and environmental friendliness.The differences between 1K and 2K spraying systems and some two-component mixing schemes were introduced.The control of internal mixing system inside the atomizer and some issues needing attention during its application were discussed.Some problems occurred during the upgrading and transformation to 2K varnish and their countermeasures were summarized.
