摘  要:针对包含文字的数字图像,提出一种基于二维小波变换的图像二值化方法。对数字图像进行小波分解、低通滤波和小波重构等操作,得到背景分布(不包含文字信息)和前景分布(包含文字信息)。再通过基于直方图的二值化算法对前景分布图像进行处理。在Matlab 2014a中验证了该方法的良好性能,实验表明采用二维小波变换后,包含文字的数字图像二值化效果明显提高。An image binarization method based on two-dimensional wavelet transformation is proposed for digital image containing text. Wavelet decomposition, low-pass filtering and wavelet reconstruction are performed on the digital image to obtain the background distribution(excluding text information)and foreground distribution(including text information). Then the foreground distribution image is processed by binarization algorithm based on histogram. The good performance of this method was verified in Matlab 2014a, and the experiment showed that the binarization effect of digital image containing text was significantly improved after two-dimensional wavelet transform was adopted.
