摘  要:提出一种新的变量调节方式,采用柱塞位移反馈调节的方法将柱塞的位移信号反馈给电磁铁,进而控制电磁铁的开启时段,使得进液阀在柱塞排液行程中排液,从而改变乳化液泵排液阀的排量,达到变量控制的目的。通过对比分析锥阀和球阀的过流面积、吸/排液效果,选择球阀作为进/排液阀阀芯。利用AMESim软件建立乳化液泵模型并进行仿真分析,结果表明柱塞位移反馈调节的方法能够很好的控制乳化液泵的排量,实现乳化液泵在最大排量范围内的无级调节。A new variable adjustment method is proposed, in this paper, which feedbacks the displacement signal of the plunger to the electromagnet with the method of plunger displacement feedback adjustment. To achieve the purpose of variable control, opening period of the electromagnet is controlled to make the inlet valve drain fluid in the plunger discharge stroke, so as to change the displacement of the discharge valve of the emulsion pump. Through comparative analysis of the flow area and suction/discharge effect of cone valve and ball valve, the ball valve was selected as the core of the inlet valve. Modeling and simulation analysis was conducted based on AMESim for emulsion pump. The results showed that the plunger displacement feedback adjustment method could well control the displacement of the emulsion pump and realize the stepless adjustment of the emulsion pump within the maximum displacement range.
