摘 要:研究了回转窑处理高镍高硒铜阳极泥产出的焙砂与低镍低硒铜阳极泥混合物料加压浸出新工艺,考察了配料比、浸出酸度、浸出温度、浸出压力、通氧时间和液固比等对混合物料在加压浸出过程中Ni、Cu、Te、Ag、Se等元素浸出率的影响。研究表明,控制焙砂与低镍低硒铜阳极泥质量比1∶2、加压浸出酸度100~120 g/L、反应温度160~170℃、釜压0.8 MPa、液固比4∶1、通氧反应时间5 h时,可有效抑制该混合物料中银、硒的浸出,Ni、Cu、Te的浸出率较高,浸出渣中碲的含量较低,并成功应用于生产实践。New technology of pressure leaching of mixed materials of calcine produced by high-nickel and high-selenium copper anode mud roasting in rotary kiln and low-nickel and low selenium copper anode mud was studied.Effects of mixture ratio,leaching acidity,temperature,pressure,time,and L/S on leaching rates of Ni,Cu,Te,Ag,Se pressure leaching process were investigated.The results show that selenium and silver in mixture are effectively inhibited with high leaching rates of Ni,Cu and Te and low tellurium content in leaching residue under the conditions including mass ratio of calcine and copper anode mud of 1∶2,leaching acidity of 100-120 g/L,temperature of 160-170℃,pressure of autoclave of 0.8 MPa,L/S of 4∶1,and reaction time of 5 h.This new technology is successfully applied to production practice.
