摘 要:目的探讨病例讨论法在临床见习心电图教学中的应用效果和价值。方法选择2017年-2018年来本院见习的医学生,共74名,采用数字随机法分为传统组和研究组,每组均为37名,其中传统组采用以病案分析讲解为主的传统教学模式,研究组采用病例讨论教学法,比较两组学生的教学效果以及对教学方法的态度。结果研究组的基础知识成绩、病案分析成绩以及总成绩分别为(44.6±2.2)分、(43.4±2.4)分和(87.3±2.5)分,均明显比传统组对应的成绩更高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对病例讨论教学法的满意度为97.30%,传统组学生对传统病案分析讲解为主的教学模式满意度为75.68%,研究组学生对教学方法的满意度要明显高于传统组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床见习医学生的心电图教学采用病例讨论法具有良好的效果,能够有效深化学生对相关基础知识的理解,同时提升学生的病例分析能力,改善医学生的学习态度。Objective To explore the application effect and value of case discussion method in clinical probation electrocardiogram teaching.Methods From 2017 to 2018 in the hospital,trainee medical students,a total of 74,by using digital random were divided into the traditional group and the research group,with 37 students in each group,the traditional group was given the traditional teaching mode focused on medical record analysis,the research group was given case discussion teaching method,compare two groups of students'attitude towards to the teaching effect and teaching method.Results The scores of basic knowledge,medical record analysis and the total scores of the research group were(44.6±2.2)points,(43.4±2.4)points and(87.3±2.5)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the traditional group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the research group on the teaching method of case discussion was 97.30%,and the satisfaction of students in the traditional group on the teaching mode focused on traditional medical record analysis and explanation was 75.68%.The satisfaction of students in the research group on the teaching method was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,with statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Case discussion method is effective in teaching electrocardiogram of clinical trainee medical students,which can effectively deepen students'understanding of relevant basic knowledge,improve students'ability of case analysis,and improve medical students'learning attitude.
