摘 要:目的探讨病例导入式教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合临床实践指南在肾科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取2018年1月-12月在南京医科大学第一附属医院肾内科进行规范化培训的住院医师48名,随机分为2组,每组24名。实验组采用CBL联合临床实践指南教学法,对照组采用传统的讲授式教学法,通过理论考试、病例分析、临床技能考试和问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果实验组基础理论考试成绩、临床病例分析优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。临床技能考试成绩两组无明显区别。问卷调查结果显示CBL联合临床实践指南组学员在提高基础理论知识、增强学习兴趣、培养临床诊断思维、提高表达能力及总体满意度等方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL联合临床实践指南教学法在肾科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果良好。Objective To explore the application of case-based learning(CBL) combined with clinical practice guidelines in the standardized training of renal resident physicians. Methods A total of 48 residents who underwent standardized training in the department of nephrology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2018, were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 24 in each group. The experimental group was used the CBL combined clinical practice guide teaching method, and the control group was used the traditional teaching method to evaluate the teaching effect through theoretical examination, case analysis, clinical skill test and questionnaire survey. Results The results of the basic theory test and clinical case analysis of the experimental group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the clinical skills test scores. The results of the questionnaire showed that the CBL combined clinical practice guide group was better than the control group in improving basic theoretical knowledge, enhancing learning interest, cultivating clinical diagnosis thinking, improving expression ability and overall satisfaction. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The CBL combined clinical practice guide teaching method has a good effect in the standardized training of renal residents.
