摘 要:目的评价中国进行氯吡格雷CYP2C19基因检测的成本效果分析。方法利用markov模型模拟1万名中国服用氯吡格雷患者的发展过程,从而估计不同治疗方案的累积成本和健康效果。结果与无进行基因检测组相比,利用氯吡格雷CYP2C19基因检测进行指导用药方案,能减少心肌梗死、卒中、出血及死亡的发生率,每增加1个生命年增加花费4097元。结论与无进行基因检测组方案相比,基因检测组具有成本效果,有助于优化治疗方案的选择,减少不良事件发生。OBJECTIVE To estimate the cost-effectiveness analysis whether carry out detection of clopidogrel CYP2C19 gene in China.METHODS A markov model was developed to simulate the progress of 10000 patients who was taking clopidogrel and calculate the lifetime cost and quality-adjusted life year(QALY).RESULTS Genetic test group decreased the incidence of myocardial infarction,stroke,hemorrhage and death,it costed 4097 with increased 1 QALY and compared with no intervention group.CONCLUSION Genetic test group was reasonably cost-effective compared with no intervention group,and it also helps to optimize the programs and reduce adverse events.
