盐酸帕罗西汀联合森田心理疗法对广泛性焦虑症患者疗效及血清免疫球蛋白水平的研究

摘　　要：目的研究广泛性焦虑症(Generalized anxiety disorder,GAD)患者以帕罗西汀联合森田心理疗法治疗的临床效果及血清免疫球蛋白水平的研究。方法选取2016年5月-2017年12月本院GAD患者87例,按随机数字表法分观察组(n=44)、对照组(n=43)。两组均采用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组采用森田心理疗法干预。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分、血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)水平。结果1)疗效:观察组总有效率为95.45%(42/44),高于对照组76.74%(33/43)(P<0.05);(2)HAMA、SF-36评分:治疗1个月后观察组HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)血清指标:治疗1个月后观察组血清IgG、IgM、IgA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论GAD患者以盐酸帕罗西汀联合森田心理疗法治疗临床效果显著,能有效减轻应激反应,缓解抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effects and serum immunoglobulin levels of paroxetine combined with Morita psychotherapy in patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)(Generalized anxiety disorder,GAD).Methods From May 2016 to December 2017,87 patients with GAD in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=43).Both groups were treated with paroxetine.At the same time,the control group were received routine psychological intervention.The observation group was treated with Morita psychotherapy.The treatment effects,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,the quality of life(SF-36),and the serum immunoglobulin(IgG,IgM,IgA)before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Curative effect:the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%(42/44),which was higher than that of the control group 76.74%(33/43)(P<0.05).(2)HAMA and SF-36 scores:after 1 month of treatment,the HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Serum index:after treatment for one month,the serum levels of IgG,IgMand IgA in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with Morita's psychotherapy is effective in the treatment of GAD.It can effectively relieve stress reaction,relieve depression and improve the quality of life.
