药生类实验室安全与环保措施探究

摘　　要：对中南民族大学药生类实验室安全环保方面存在的主要问题进行分析和实验,从以下三方面提出改进建议:回收有毒有害易挥发有机溶剂(含多种混合溶剂),加以重复利用;优化实验内容和方法,减少或更换有毒有害试剂的使用,达到减少有毒物质的排放,降低环境污染,提高实验室安全的功效;借鉴HACCP(危害分析和关键控制点)法,建立安全与环保风险的实验室管理规则。经实践证明,改进能有效解决药生类实验室安全与环保问题。This paper analyzes and experiments on the main problems in the safety and environmental protection of the drug research laboratory of the South-Central University for Nationalities(SCUN),and proposes improvement suggestions from the following three aspects:recovering toxic and harmful volatile organic solvents(including various mixed solvents),and reusing;optimizing the experimental content and methods,reducing or replacing the use of toxic and harmful reagents,reducing the emission of toxic substances,reducing environmental pollution,improving the safety of laboratory;learning from HACCP(hazards analysis and critical control points)method and establishing laboratory management rules for safety and environmental risks. It has been proved by practice that they can effectively solve the safety and environmental protection problems of pharmaceutical laboratories.
