摘　　要：随着公安教育体制改革的推进和进一步深化,面临国家网络安全问题的严峻性和紧迫性,培养一支政治思想和专业技能过硬的从事网络安全与执法专业人民警察队伍显得尤为重要和有意义。文章结合湖南警察学院的刑事科学技术(电子取证方向)专业的人才培养中遇到的问题,围绕网络安全与执法专业学生实战能力的培养为主题,探讨了新申报的网络安全与执法专业的人才培养的新思路和具体措施。As the advancement and further deepening of the reform of the public security education system,facing the serio-usness and urgency of the national network security problem,it is particularly important and meaningful to train a people's po-lice force with excellent political ideology and professional skills engaged in network security and law enforcement.Based on the problemsencountered in the personneltraining of criminal science and technology(electronic forensics direction)specialty in Hunan Police Academy,this paper discusses the new ideas and concrete measures for the newly declared personnel training of network security and law enforcement specialty,focusing on the training of students'practical ability of network security and law enforcement specialty.
