摘  要:文章从IEET专业认证的需要出发,探索了专业认证背景下食品营养与检测专业核心课程《食品营养配餐技术》在教学目标、教学内容、教学模式与考核方法等方面的改革变化,旨在将专业认证理念真正地融入到专业核心课程教学中,以期持续提高《食品营养配餐技术》课程的教学质量,切实培养和提升高职食品营养与检测专业学生的专业素质与创新能力。Based on the need of IEET professional certification,this paper explores the reform and change of the teaching objective,teaching content,teaching mode and evaluation method of the core course of food nutrition and testing under the background of professional certification.The aim is to truly integrate the professional certification concept into the teaching of the professional core curriculum,in order to continuously improve the teaching quality of the“Food Nutrition Catering Technology”course,and to earnestly cultivate and enhance the professional quality and innovation ability of students in the food nutrition and testing majors in higher vocational colleges.
