摘　　要：高校青年教师是大学建设的重要力量,青年教师的心理健康状况是保证他们全身心投入工作的“防线”。针对上海3所大学青年教师心理健康症状水平的调查发现,高校青年教师的心理健康症状水平高于常模,不同性别、年龄段和子女状况的青年教师心理健康存在差异,心理健康状况影响教师的幸福感。本文还分析了影响高校青年教师心理健康状况的因素,并提出了改善教师心理健康状况的建议。Young teachers in university are an important force in the university construction.The mental health status of young teachers is a"defense line"to ensure that they are fully engaged in their work.Through the investigation of the mental health status of young teachers in three universities,it is found that the mental health symptoms of young teachers in colleges and universities are higher than the norm.There are differences in mental health of young teachers with different gender,age and children status.The mental health affects the happiness of teachers.This paper also analyzes the factors affecting the mental health status of young teachers,and puts forward suggestions for improving the mental health of teachers.
