摘　　要：运用时间预算研究方法,以大学生为研究对象,选取北京、南京等6座城市中10所高校的大学生进行活动日志调查,通过对大学生工作日与周末时空间行为的比较,把握大学生日常行为的时空间特征。研究表明:时间上,大学生行为在工作日和周末存在显著差异。在工作日,大学生的生活必要时间、学习时间、自由活动时间分配均衡且有规律;周末则表现出极强的随意性,睡眠时间明显延长,学习时间大幅缩短。空间上,无论工作日还是周末,大学生行为空间均呈现出宿舍居首,教室、图书馆次之,其他地点样态各异的特点。Using the time budget research method,taking the undergraduates as the research object,selecting undergraduates of 10 colleges and universities in 6 cities,such as Beijing and Nanjing,carry on the activity log investigation to grasp the temporal and spatial characteristics of daily behavior,through the comparison of the spatial behavior of the undergraduates on the weekday and the weekend.The study shows that there are significant differences in time between weekdays and weekends in undergraduates’daily behavior.The working days are basically three parts of the world,the first is necessary time for life(sleep,dinner,etc.)The second is study time(class,self-study,etc.),and the third is free time(part-time,fitness,entertainment,etc.).On weekends,it shows strong randomness,and highlights the obvious prolongation of sleep time.The study time is greatly shortened.In space,whether on weekdays or weekends,the behavior space of college students shows the characteristics of dormitory,classroom,library,and then the other places.
