摘 要:建立了一种磁性固相萃取-高效液相色谱联合检测食品调味料中痕量着色剂的分析方法,基于新型三嗪共价分层网络修饰的磁性纳米粒子(Fe3O4@TCLN)吸附剂对目标物进行纯化和提取,解决了复杂基质中相对较低浓度的目标物的检测问题,显著提高了萃取效率。评估了影响提取效率的主要因素,包括吸附剂的质量、提取时间、洗脱剂的类型、洗脱剂的体积、解吸时间以及吸附剂的可重复利用性。在优化条件下,该方法检测限范围为1.6~4.6μg/kg,加标回收率为76.0%~92.0%,日内和日间相对标准偏差小于5.9%。结果证明,该方法可用于食品安全分析和监测中检测痕量食品着色剂。The method for the simultaneous determination of trace colorants in food seasonings by magnetic solid-phase extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography(MSPEHPLC)was developed.The analytes were purified and extracted based on a novel adsorbent of triazine-based covalent layered network modified magnetic nanoparticles(Fe3O4@TCLN).The determination of the relatively low concentration analytes in the samples of complex matrix were solved,and the efficiency of extraction was improved significantly.All the main factors influenced the extraction efficiency were evaluated,including amount of sorbent,time of extraction,types of eluent,volume of eluent,time of desorption and reusability of sorbent.Under the optimized conditions,the limit of detections ranged from 1.6 to 4.6μg/kg.The recoveries of the method ranged from 76.0%to 92.0%,and the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations were less than 5.9%.All the results demonstrated that the established method was suitable for the determination of trace colorants in food safety analysis and monitoring.
