气质联用法测定发酵液中二氢茉莉酮酸

摘　　要：建立了一种用气质联用法测定毛色二孢菌(Lasiodiplodia iranensis)发酵液中二氢茉莉酮酸含量的方法。用该法测定二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯含量,在1.0~100.0 mg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9998),定量限(S/N=10)为28.7μg/L,检出限(S/N=3)为8.6μg/L,样品平均加标回收率为100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为1.9%。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of dihydrojasmonic acid in the fermentation broth of Lasiodiplodia iranensis CCTCC M2017288 was established.The calibration curves of methyl dihydrojasmonate had a good linearity(R2=0.9998)in the range of 1-100 mg/L.The limit of quantification(LOQ,S/N=10)and limit of detection(LOD,S/N=3)were 28.7μg/L and 8.6μg/L,respectively.The average spiked recoveri of the samples was 100.1%with the relative standard deviation(RDs,n=3)of 1.9%.This provides a reference for the quantitative analysis of dihydrojasmonic acid produced by microbial fermentation.
