摘 要:红椿是重要的乡土用材树种,为提高红椿出材率以及单板质量,本研究以建立在云南景谷的5个不同林龄红椿树种作为旋切材料,选取参试材料按单板旋切实验要求锯解制样,在原木两端标记好大小头方向、林龄,进行原木外观形质检测和单板质量等级划分。研究结果表明:大、小端头开裂长度小于沿木开裂长度;随着林龄的增加各端头、沿木开裂长度、出材率、单个端裂指数随之减少,但到达20.5年后有所上升;不同林龄间,活结数量均大于死结数量;随着林龄的增长活结数、死结数随之增加,当到达20.5年后又呈下降的趋势,总体出材率均值为52.17%,单板等级为4.57。因此可知红椿非常适宜单板旋切,且林龄20年后为最佳。本研究结果为红椿单板旋切加工利用积累基础理论。Toona ciliate is an important local species. In order to improve veneer ratio and veneer grade, this paper took five different age trees of Toona ciliate in Yunnan as veneer material. Direction and age were marked on the log, and contour detection and veneer grade were also recorded. The results indicated that cracking length on the end were shorter than it along the chrunk. As aged, cracking lenth, veneer ratio and crack index were decreased,but then increase after 20.5-year-old. In general, slipknots were more than fast knots. The number of slipknot and fast knot were increased by age whereas decreased after 20.5-year-old. The mean of veneer ratio and veneer grade were 52.17% and 4.57. Toona ciliate is suitable for veneer and 20-year-old is more suitable. These results could accumulate basic theory.
